A county seat is a term for an administrative center for a
county, primarily used in the United States.
This cache is based on the idea that a classic by Bunkerdave was,
Cache Across Utah required cachers to find a cache in each of
Utah's Counties before being able to log a find on it. Likewise
this cache requires that, but a little more specific, you most find
a cache in each County Seat in Utah.
The Final cache is located at the posted coordinates, and you
may feel free to visit it, sign the log book, take and/or leave
travelers, etc... but in order to post a "Found it" log you must
have not only found the final cache, but also you need to include
in your log a list of the 29 caches you've found to complete the
goal, like the example list that follows :
