Geocache Description:

Yet another in the Sidetracked series!

This is a camoflaged micro.
Placed with the Sidetracked series in mind.
I felt Chichester seemed to have been ignored from this series, so i thought i would do something about it.

Chichester Train station was opened on 15th March 1847, and has been in regular use ever since. Some 2.6 million people started their journeys from here during 2006/7.

This has been placed near but not at the station, it is located a short walk from the station which may help after a long journey to get you moving again.
From the cache location you can see the Chichester Signal box, the siddings and the end of the station platform.
The sidings still get plenty of use and a near by aggregate company still has frequent deliverys of Scalpins and Type 1 Aggregate by train rom Bristol.

If you think you may be spotted wear an anorak and have a note book in hand for instant camoflage, and pretend to be a train spotter.
