This is an interesting spot near to where I grew up, located in Cardiff. As a kid we nicknamed this spot "Fern Gully" after a childrens movie. Many a day was spent in this little patch of bush playing with gonks, climbing things, building cubby's and having a ball. So in the spirit of those days I have placed my first cache there. It has changed a bit since I was a kid, there have been a few bush fires through, trees have falled and things have re-grown, but the hiding spot for this cache will be there long after we are gone.
The cache is reasonably easy to spot when you are in the right location, but I am not going to elaborate, you will find it if you look. I have rated this terrain as 4, because it can be a bloody hard spot to get to. I placed the cache with no tools or equipment, but you may require/wish to use something to make the job easier. I do ask that whatever method for retrieving the cache you use, you are able to replace it in it's origional spot.
Have a good time being a kid again for a while and come and visit my cache, but be carefull, it can be slippery, and getting the cache without the aid of equipment is tricky, especialy on a wet day like today, but it is possible.
