Our rabbit, a grey mini-lop named Snoopy, is quite the fan of
the Easter Bunny. So much so, in fact, that when he gave the call
for additional help this year, she was quite insistent on
volunteering. As it turns our, Snoopy is quite creative, at least
for a rabbit. Rather than hiding Easter eggs for only the children
from a handful of families, she decided that she could reach more
children through her efforts by setting up this geocaching series.
That way anyone would be free to enjoy this Easter egg hunt…
kids and kids-at-heart alike!
The Bunny Trail series is being placed and published the week
prior to Easter 2010. The twelve containers are all identical,
except for color, with only a log in each. As they are not
camouflaged, please re-hide each as well as you can to keep the
series active for the next group. All will require stealth.
This stretch along North Avenue, through Elmhurst, Villa Park
and Lombard, is my home territory, and has been woefully barren of
PNGs. It ranges from upscale through semi-industrial and back, and
is appropriate for children and families. Please keep an eye on
your children, however, as the traffic along North Avenue can be
very busy.
Have fun, and happy hunting!

Edit: 10-14-2010
This hide has been moved slightly because the location has an odd
amount of muggle activity. You may notice specific trash in the
area - feel free to CITO it. But as there is rarely anyone nearby
when I am here, and I like the location, I've just made the hide a
bit harder. New, more durable container, same theme, same
coordinates, better hidden. Have fun!
