Bug Exchange Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Dalesman: This cache has been disabled for some time and as the owner has not repaired it I am archiving it.

Guidelines: "You are responsible for occasional visits to your cache to maintain proper working order, especially when someone reports a problem with the cache (missing, damaged, wet, etc.). You may temporarily disable your cache to let others know not to search for it until you have a chance to fix the problem. This feature is to allow you a reasonable amount of time - normally a few weeks - in which to check on your cache. If a cache is not being maintained, or has been temporarily disabled for an unreasonable length of time, we may archive the listing."

If you wish to email me please send your email via my profile (click on my name) and quote the cache name and number.

Many thanks,
DalesmanX

Geocache Description:

This is Our first Cache, It's designed to blend in with the enviroment so might not be obvious at first.

Place near the Cycle path along the side of the river Calder

This is our first attempt at hiding a cache so we thought it ought to be a good one.
We walk around here every week with the dogs and kept thinking we should hide one here but how and where?
The cache has a logbook and room for a few bits and bobs, It’s designed as a B&B for travel bugs and the like so feel free to leave them here as well as anything else you may want to pass on.
Being close to the cycle path it’s accessible to people of all abilities
The Cache is located near the cycle path at the side of the river Calder There is restricted parking nearby so watch where you park if you go by car.
There is also Horses and Donkeys roaming the area so take some carrots if you wish.
The Cache is accessible from both ends of the path although Pottery Street is the closer.
Plenty of wildlife around here, if you’re luck you may spot the foxes
