Geocache Description:

Extrasensory perception (ESP) involves reception of information not gained through the recognized physical senses but sensed with the mind. The term was coined by Sir Richard Burton, and adopted by Duke University psychologist J. B. Rhine to denote psychic abilities such as telepathy, clairaudience, and clairvoyance, and their trans-temporal operation as precognition or retrocognition. ESP is also sometimes casually referred to as a sixth sense, gut instinct or hunch, which are historical English idioms. The term implies acquisition of information by means external to the basic limiting assumptions of science, such as that organisms can only receive information from the past to the present.

Psychic mediums (such as John Edward, of TV's "Crossing Over" fame) claim to be able to communicate telepathically with the dead. Critics of these mediums assert that they perform the mentalist techniques of hot reading and cold reading, in which one respectively uses prior knowledge or a wide array of quick and sometimes general guesses to create the impression of psychic ability.

At the first waypoint, you are looking for somewhere to park your psychic cycle. Upon doing so, you will spy a Registered Design number (ABCDEF), as well as a mathematical expression masquerading as a phone number. Evaluate this expression; its value will be "P".

You will sense that you will find some kind of sign at: S 27 28.(P-350) E 153 01.(ABC+DEF+3) .

This sign can point you to many places. What those with lesser mental powers than you won't realise, however, is that it will also point you to the cache!

Simply go to S 27 28.(University-Bird-206) E 153 01.(Shops+Flowers+234), and you should have no problems finding what you seek.

Please exercise caution when crossing over, lest you end up having to log your find through John Edward or his kind.

Neither the waypoints nor GZ is on the road, of course. It's the city, so GPS reception is pretty poor, but the hints and some sense (of the "common" rather than "sixth" variety) should get you there. You do not need to enter any "restricted area" to claim this cache.

NOTE: This cache contains a clue for GC2K7BY Seventh Heaven.
