Geocache Description:


This cache is part of the “007 mission” series of caches. If you plan on doing the Wherigo cache “James Bond 007” (GC2THNK), you should wait until after you have completed the Wherigo to find any of the mission caches. Some of them are part of the Wherigo adventure and I think it would me more fun to play the cartridge without having found the mission caches ahead of time.



The cache is not at the given location. At the first location you need to collect some information about the artwork on the side of the parking structure there. Once you have collected all the information needed you will be able to calculate the coordinates of the waypoint. You will also need this information at the waypoint to calculate the final location.

At the waypoint you will need to find a small/micro container that contains the rest of the information needed to find the cache.

On the artwork you will find the information you need to compute the coordinates for the waypoint and for the final cache. In the lower left hand section of the artwork you will see an abacus. The information you need from this section is the number of beads under the line on each column.

In a different section of the art work you will find two words and then use the letter numbers (A=1, B=2, C=3, ….) from these words.

The waypoint coordinates are N 45 30.ABC W 122 40.DEF were:
A = Letter value of second letter in upper word
B = Letter value of first letter in lower word
C = Sum of beads in column 2 and 3
D = Letter value of third letter in lower word minus number of beads in the last column
E = Sum beads in columns 8, 9 and 10
F = Number of letters with the letter value of 12 in lower word

You are looking for a small black decon container. Bring your own writing utensil.
