As of the placement of this cache, only 5 cachers have found all nine of the Sandia Trailmaster caches. The team of rsouthwick were third to complete the whole series. Robert and Jessie love to be out on the trail. Their logs reflect the beauty of the outdoors and gently remind us that wilderness caching is about the journey, not the find (unlike some of us stinkers that forget to include hints in the cache description). The title Trailmaster is certainly well deserved for this couple.
The cache is less than 50ft off the Oso Corridor which has about 200-300 ft elevation change from the Trail Spring Parking area (3 mile round trip). The cache starts out with the log in the lid portion. After some of the initial (hiking and camping related) swag is removed, there should be plenty of room for the log inside the main jar (under the twist and seal bayonet closure).
*** Congrats to rsouthwick for FTF!!! ***
