This is the Tower on Leith Hill, the highest spot in Surrey, less than a quarter of a mile from the cache and well worth a visit. Nearby there is In the Shadow of the Tower 2 and Groaners can also be conveniently picked up.
The cache contained a pencil and sharpener when I placed it but they may have vanished, so I always advise to bring your own writing implement.
