A short stroll along the Dennman Memorial Walk.
This is a little walk along a path inscribed with the names of just some of the residents of Denman.
The walk starts near the Denman bowling club and ends up in Hyde Park which has a nice big playground for the Geokids.
To find GZ, you will need to find six of the names inscribed on the path, and the year inscribed beside them.
The solution is as follows:
Find the following names, and take note of the year inscribed next to them.
A- Dorothy Thompson
B- Rodney J Wither
C- Julie Ann Ryan
X- Shaun Martin
Y- Emma Hayne
Z- Ethan Gardner
Next, take the last two digits of each year and add them together to get a value for each name. If adding the two digits results in a two digit number, add the two digits of the resulting number untill you are left with a single digit number.
Eg. 1966- 6+6=12
1+2=3
Substitute the values you now have for each name with the matching letter in the GZ co-ordinates below.
S 32 23.ABC
E 150 41.XYZ
Checksum S=16 E=15
Stealth may be required due to the proximty of houses. Also look out for muggles out for a walk.
