Welcome, Welcome... the time has come to take part in our geocache tribute to the Hunger Games!
Each cache will represent a District of Panem. As with all Geocaching, and the Hunger Games, playing can be dangerous and you assume all risks arising in connection with seeking a Geocache. May the odds be ever in your favor!

Welcome to District 1-LUXURY! We provide the Capitol with the most decadent and exceptional goods found in Panem.

This is the former location of Dahlquist Jewelers, the longest running jewelry store in Poulsbo. Note the 3-digit number above the north facing door of this former luxury goods location. Rearrange the numbers from smallest to large, add a decimal point to the far left, then subtract .005 to get xxx. Deduct (.xxx) from your existing N coords to get your final N. Double and deduct (.xxx) from your existing W coords for your final W.
