A fairly easy multi-cache in a seemingly forgotten corner of Auckland. By the looks of the structures in this area, it appears this area was once very different than it is now. It's a shame to see an area decay like this, but that's progress.
You will need to take a tape measure with you - preferably quite a long one.

Waypoint 1
Measure the width of the concrete path. Round your measurement (down, I think you'll find) to the nearest 0.1m and we'll call it A.
Waypoint 2 is located (A x 31) metres away from the published coords in the direction of (A x 81.7) degrees (true).

Waypoint 2
Measure the width of the middle step, at ground level, from the wall on one side to the wall on the other. Round your measurement to the nearest 0.1m and we'll call it B.
Waypoint 3 is located (B x 97.2) metres away from the published coordinates in the direction of (B x 133.9) degrees (true).

Waypoint 3
Measure the width of the top step, at ground level, from the wall on one side to where it meets the wall on the other. Round your measurement to the nearest 0.01m and we'll call it C.
To find the final cache, continue along the path's side wall exactly (C x 5.00) metres from the "almost cross hairs" at the centre of the feature at Waypoint 3.

If you followed the instructions and measured very carefully then you will now be 47cm from the cache, which is at an elevation of 26cm from your feet.

Cache is a small comouflaged screw-top cylinder containing a logbook, pen, and some trinkets. Please hide it well when you leave.
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I —
I took the one less travelled by,
And that has made all the difference.
- Robert Frost, The Road Not Taken.
