This cache was created as a tribute to banksia777, who passed away in late 2011. Although I never met him, he has had a significant influence on me as the caches he placed took me to places I would never have otherwise gone, and showed me just how serene and beautiful the blue mountains are once you get a few KM away from the highway.

I have placed this cache at the magnificent Numantia Falls, near where banksia777 had placed a cache that is now archived.
GPS reception at GZ is pretty poor, so I have included a blatant spoiler in the hint, and a photo taken at GZ. You are looking for a 1L Sistema with a log, pencil and room for small trackables.
The easiest way in is via the Victory Track, which starts near 10 Sir Henry's parade Faulconbridge (just near the Corridor of Oaks). Follow the track for about 2km till you come to a clearing just after crossing Numantia creek. There is a faint unsignposted foot pad which follows the southern side of the creek for 800m to the bottom of Numantia falls. Allow 3hrs for an unhurried hike, there is some clambering over rocks and logs, and the track can be very muddy in places. Water from the creeks should be treated before drinking.
