Elouera Park is a pleasant picnic spot opposite Big Island, on Wallis Lake, just off of Elizabeth Street in Forster Keys. Boat ramp is close by, and picnic tables are very close also.
Keep an eye out for muggles, and please be careful with the retrieval, as nothing was hurt in the making of this.
The cache is a large micro, or small-small. It does have a pen and pencil.
To find the cache read the sign that fishermen should be familiar with.
