M7 Lighten up Traditional Cache

this is an M7 cache only accessable from the cycleway,
This cache is situated approximatly half way along the cycle way if you were to travel from one end or the other.
During this time you would have passed approximatly 1250 lights from either end including the side paths leading on and off . thats approximatly 2500 lights all up.
which just lead me to a couple of question
1) Just how much green house gasses are we producing to light this place up?
2) How often do they change them?
3) What size bulbs do they use?
which also brought me another question,
just how many cameras montior this road?
if you can "shed some light" on these questions and enlighten me it would be great, if not enjoy the cache.
