Geocache Description:


This cache is hidden in an easy to access section of Black Rock Sanctuary - a 119 acre Chester County Park of wetlands, woodlands and meadows.  The parking area is off Black Rock Road at the coordinates posted below.  An asphalt path suitable for strollers will take you to the cache.
 
The posted coordinates will take you to the Amphibian World nature station on the award winning interpretive trail in Black Rock Sanctuary.  Here you will learn about the life cycles of amphibians. 
 
Showcased at this exhibit is a Vernal Pool, and you will learn about the importance of Vernal Pools, and how their appearance and function changes with the seasons.
 
Please note - hunting is not allowed in this part of the Park near the Interpretive Trail, but it is allowed in the northern area near caches GC1F668 and GC1F78R.
