Geocache Description:

Take an easy walk through bushland in Camira following Sandy Water Holes Creek to find finches and a cache.

The Double Bar is a black and white finch with distinctive black bars across its chest.  The bird also has small white spots covering its body.  It is commonly seen along Sandy Water Holes Creek.  It lives adjacent to water where there is seeding grasses nearby.  Listen for their "meow" contact calls and look for family groups in grassy areas along the track.

A paved pathway follows the creek through bushland in Camira.  This is a popular walking area so beware of muggles.  The track is flat and wheelchair friendly.  Good luck with the Cache and enjoy the finches.
