BYOP (just to be safe)...I always leave a few pens but I find that they tend to go missing pretty quickly.
This is one of six frog brothers that lives in the Austin, TX area. When there's enough water in the often dried up creek, wading will likely be required for the most direct route from the listed parking area. TERRAIN RATING reflects this potential water condition!! (I just waded through over 2 feet of water after we had a big storm, but the creek was dried up completely a couple weeks prior). Chances are you will find it to be closer to a 3-3.5 terrain rating.
Crimson Frog is the TOUGHEST of the frog brothers. He is the "Guardian of the Greenbelt" and uses his brute strength and unrivaled wrestling skills in his role as both the first and last line of defense against the MONSTER ARMY of trolls, goblins and gremlins from the swamps that are trying to steal ALL THE CANDY...every single piece. If there happen to be a lot of mosquitoes around Crimson Frog, it means that goblinoid scouting parties are in the area, so please be extra careful!!
