We have lived in Denistone for 6 years now, and have only just found this park. Unfortunately for us, we found it right after finding out that we're being evicted! So we are moving to another area, but not before placing this cache so that others can easily find this lovely spot.
There is a fair bit of the park that is off the main path, so it's worth a wander, but you can access it from either Chatham road, or Trelawney street. If you don't like steps, I'd recommend Chatham, but it's much of a muchness otherwise.
The cache itself is a small black bison tube, hidden not far from the main pathway. We had a little trouble with the co-ordinates, as there are a lot of tall trees in the area making it difficult, so my phone was giving me a reading that looked wrong when placed on the map. We've altered them to more accurately reflect where the cache is based on the surrounding geography rather than the co-ordinates themselves. If someone else gets some very clear readings, let me know. So go to GZ, and turn on your Geosenses for a likely spot.
