A nice drive on some scenic roads will have you arive at the GZ.
A small amount of clambering is required to reach the cache. Small amount of parking nearby, but for a safer experience you could park and walk about 500 meters to the GZ. Contains; log and pencil Congratulations Bindair Dundat as FTF
The roads around this area took a real pounding during the floods over the past few years. As you drive on Boat Mountain Road, you will observe a large land-slip, this gives an idea of the volume of water that fell on Boat Mountain and its surrounds. The bright red rock with layers of sandstone (that have been exposed in the last few years) are interesting and quite different to the more weathered material found higher up the mountain. After you have parked and walked to the GZ, you will need to climb down a little.
