You have just broken out of "THE BIG HOUSE" and are now on your venture to FREEDOM!
It's time...
Time to break free of this jail and bust your way to FREEDOM. Months of planning have now come to this moment and now is the time to attempt to break free.
Your getaway car and driver are out the front waiting to help you get to FREEDOM, but you'll need to AVOID GETTING CAUGHT by the Boys (& Girls) in blue.
Try and make your escape and get as far as the highway, just before Lara, and you'll be HOME FREE!
To have an attempt at escaping, all you need to do is simply download this Cartridge and head to Old Geelong Gaol in the CBD.
Game Instructions & Rules :
- Turn the volume up to get the best experience of this Wherigo.
- When you START this cartridge there's no need to do anything except to try and get to FREEDOM at LARA on the Highway - The Cartridge will run itself from start to finish. When you are caught you WILL need to Restart & Reset the Cartridge.
- You WILL need a vehicle of some sort and preferably a second set of eyes or someone to hold, guide and watch the GPS device as holding and using"mobile phones and other devices" while driving in Victoria is an offence under the Road Safety Act 1986 and Road Safety Rules 2009 and subsequent amendments.
- The START is at the front of the Old Geelong Gaol.
- The Game Layout takes place in and around Geelong and extends to the South as far as Boundary Road, the East; Coppards Road, West; just past the Geelong Bypass, and as far North as Lara - or you can just look here at the map area for a better understanding.
- The aim is to get to FREEDOM without getting caught by the POLICE.
- If you enter certain ROADS and AREAS you will be chased by the POLICE.
- If you are chased by the POLICE, you will have 30 seconds to avoid being caught. (Turning down a "side street" is the most likely way best to avoid CAPTURE
- Some zones you MAY have enough time to drive through without the time expiring - Others you may not...
- You only have one LIFE and so do you also in this GAME once you are caught - you're CAUGHT.*note the difficulty rating.
- Once you have made it to FREEDOM you will be given the coords to final GZ.
- There are multiple ways of getting out of the CBD to FREEDOM, it's just of making the right choices.
- OBEY the road rules. DO NOT speed, run lights or break any other road rules - Also, DO NOT MAKE ANY ILLEGAL U-TURNS or IF IT UNSAFE TO DO SO if you find yourself being chased by the VIRTUAL POLICE.*note the disclaimer.
- Also note, EXITING this cartridge and trying to RESUME will send you to JAIL at all stages! - So you can't stop the cartridge and then resume in other zones you may need to get to. So, although everything you need when you finish will be in the INVENTORY, it may pay to take a screenshot before you exit the cartridge.
