The cache is not at the listed coordinates. It's not far away but you'll need to pick up a few clues along the way to find the final cache.
The trick to this cache is to keep walking in a "Straight Line" as Silverchair suggested in 2007. The song is from their Young Modern album and debuted at number one on the ARIA Singles Chart. It ended up being the most played song on Australian radio in 2007. For those unfamiliar with the song, here's the music video (filmed at Sydney Olympic Park Train Station).
The mornings in ANZAC Square are full of activity! There are large groups of ladies laughing out loud, another group wielding swords, and a group who parks their shopping carts so they can wave and slap fans. Add that to the chatter of children on the playground, the pecking of pigeons feeding and old men having a natter, and you've got something for everyone.
Parking during a weekday can be tricky, but at other times there is plenty of street parking. If stuck, try parking at the nearby Campsie Centre (library and shops). Alternately, it's easily accessible by public transport or bike.
To find the final, start at the given coordinates on Anglo Road (the mall). Beneath your feet is a mosaic. How many flowers are around the outer edge of the circle? This number becomes A.
Next, move on to WP2 which is the Rest Centre. Inspect the mosaic - how many ladybugs are there? You now have B.
Cross the road into the park to arrive at WP3, the bandstand. Find the plaque that gives the name of the park you're in, _____ Square. How many letters in the first word of the name? This becomes C.
Now you can take a moment to enjoy the park and work out the final location of the cache. Use the formula:
S33 54.AB(C+B-A) E151 06.(A-A)(C+1)(B+B)
Congrats to LMcasanova for FTF.
Terrain Note: This cache is listed as a T1 but depending on your approach you may have to go over a curb. Please factor this into your searching if mobility is an issue.
