This is a lovely place for a picnic where you can sit and watch the birdlife or young children can enjoy feeding the ducks and of course the chance to search for a cache.
Kiss' Lagoon is situated on the northern entrance to Bega. The lagoon is named after the late Mr David Kiss, who lived on the higher land above it in the 1890s, where he was employed as a poundkeeper and dealt in cattle and property. Recent rehabilitation has been done on Kiss' Lagoon to reduce storm water pollution in the Bega catchment.
