Einst befand sich hier mein erster Cache, "Der Weg des Einen Rings: Buch 1" (ein Nacht-Multicache), der in Anlehnung an eines meiner Lieblingsbücher entstand, nämlich die „Herr der Ringe“-Trilogie von J.R.R. Tolkien. Dieser Cache führte die Suchenden auf den Spuren des Einen Rings vom Auenland über den Alten Wald, die Hügelgräberhöhen, Bree, das Mückenwassermoor und Wetterspitze schlussendlich nach Bruchtal, wo Frodo und seine Gefährten Heilung und Erholung in Elronds Heim finden, dem "letzten gastlichen Haus westlich der Berge". Als kleine Erinnerung an diesen Multi findet ihr hier nun einen Tradi - ich hoffe er gefällt euch! Auf den Erstfinder wartet neben Ruhm und Ehre ein nicht aktivierter FTF-Coin.

Once upon a time, my first geocache could be found here, called "Der Weg des Einen Rings: Buch 1" (a night-multicache), that was inspired by one of my favorite books, namely "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkien. Following the route that the One Ring took, the cache led you from the Shire along the Old Forest, the Barrow-downs, Bree, the Midgewater Marshes and Weathertop to Rivendell, where Frodo and his fellows find healing and peace in Elrond's home, called the "Last Homely House west of the Mountains". As a little tribute to this multicache, you can now find a traditional cache here - I hope you enjoy it! For the first finder, not only glory and honor await, but also a non-activated FTF-coin.
