Welcome to Isle Royale National Park, a scenic island wilderness of water, trees, and wildlife. The Windigo Visitor Center is located on the southwestern side of the island. Nearby you'll find Washington Creek Campground, the Windigo Store, and many trails to explore. Isle Royale is open each year from 16 April through 31 October. For more information,

As most visitors' time on this beautiful island is limited, the logging requirements are simple:
1. Take a picture of you, your caching party, or your gps, with the Welcome sign in the background.
AND
2. Share a story of your time on the island. What did you see? What did you do? Was it your first visit?
