The island will appear or hide by the rise and fall of the tides.
This is a virtual cache. Please satisfy the following conditions.
[requirement 1] Landing on the island and visit the public coordinates.
[requirement 2] Take a picture of yourself (face is not required) or your GPS device in front of the public coordinates and upload it with your log.
"found" log which does not satisfy the condition is deleted.
