How Geocaching Works

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE LAND OF MAKE-BELIEVE This Virtual Cache adventure will take you to remarkable art and architecture around the St. Louis area. The grand tour will take approximately three hours to complete. You may choose to split the journey into multiple trips. All locations are available on the following schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or Sunday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Locations will be revealed one at a time, each after the previous verification task is completed. One location features an optional $1 entrance fee if you choose to enter the building, but an alternative free option is also provided. Everything else is free of charge. A smart device will be necessary.

TO BEGIN, follow the directions above and click on the fairy. The storybook Google form will open and explain the adventure that lies ahead. You are advised to record your answers as you go in case you lose your progress. Once you begin your tour, you'll be given a link on the Google form and prompted to click it. This will launch the virtual reality component of your virtual cache tour.

TO COMPLETE THE LOGGING REQUIREMENTS, simply enter your answers at each stage of the Google form. If you have any trouble entering correct answers, try capitalizing the first letter of each word. When you have reached the final location and correctly entered the final answer, click the SUBMIT button on that same page, and your logging requirements will be automatically emailed to the CO. All that’s left for you is to log your find. Happy Caching!
