How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

For a while now we've had venues in mind that we felt would make an ideal location for hosting a Geocaching Breakfast Event .... this is the third such venue and fourth such event.

EVENT DETAILS

Date: Saturday 24th March 2018

Time: This event will commence at 09:00hrs (the time the restaurant opens) and end at approximately 10:30hrs

Where: Harrisons of Greyabbey, 35 Ballybryan Road, GREYABBEY BT22 2RB

Parking: There is ample free parking at Harrisons of Greyabbey.

Food: There is no requirement to purchase food or drink to attend the event but for those wishing to, the restaurant offers an extensive breakfast menu.

Why: Regulars and newbies are welcome, it's a great opportunity to meet other geocachers, share caching stories and tips, trade & discover travel bugs and geocoins, meet the person behind the logbook signature, talk about geocaching plans for the day ahead & further, ask questions and perhaps enjoy a hearty breakfast to get you set up for the day ahead.

Accessibility: Harrisons of Greyabbey is all on one level and is disabled friendly.

FTF Prize: A logbook will be available to sign with FTF being drawn once everyone has done so. FTF prize will be an unactivated Travel Bug.
