  We are in NC. It has rained. The logs WILL probably be wet! Unless someone has changed it, it is writ-in-rain paper. Write on it.

  1. Copy all cipher in puzzle description.

  2. To decode your Rot-13/Caesarian Shift, go to Decoder.

  3. Paste the puzzle into "Plaintext".

  4. Go down to under "Caesar cipher" "Shift", and change the number/letter(s) to 13. You do not hit enter.

  4. Scroll down to "Ciphertext". What numbers (spelled out) do you see?

  5. Now doing one at a time, repeat steps 4/5 using 2, 3, 4, 5.

  Another NUDGE: If you copy and paste each line for west under each other, it is easier to solve. The coordinates are in order from left to right.
