Mystery at the Museum begins on 11 July (12 noon UTC which means that if we do it in the morning, it will have to be the following day hence why the event is on 12 July) and the first objective is to meet the detective who will be present at the event. Once we have met the detective, we can have a look at various caches across the Free State to determine the order we locate and log them to find the gems.

The meet up begins at 07h00 at a central location being the Mugg & Bean in Mimosa Mall. It's central and close to many of the local geocachers place of work. Any purchases will be for own account. The event will end at 07h45 which should leave enough time to make it to work on time.
There are a number of cachers in Bloemfontein who have logged most, if not all, of the local caches so this planning my include a planning a trip out of Bloem at some point during the game.
