Q: How do tigers describe themselves? A: Purr-fect!
When a boy or girl is in 1st Grade (either joining new or moving on from Lions), they are a Tiger Cub (growling encouraged to celebrate finding this cache).
To earn their Tiger Award, there are six adventures that must be completed that include things like identifying to kinds of birds, planting a plant/shrub/tree, hanging a bird house, inventing a game to play with your friends, doing a service project to help out a local charity or group, learn what to take on a hike (then take that stuff on a hike), finding signs of animals, and visiting a nature center or zoo. They also earn at least one choice adventure that can include learning magic tricks, learning some family history, building and floating a model boat, going for a bike ride, visiting an art museum or creating original artwork, learning how to be safe at home including how to put out someone on fire and visiting a fire station or EMT station, or attending a play.
NOTE - Forgot add the slip of paper to the replacement. Missing number for the Final is "0". Will have to go stick that in there and erase this...
The caches of this series are located in a series of parks in Camden County and are available dawn to dusk. No need to go through anyone's yard or across private property. The first six caches do not need to be done in any particular order, but if you want to “earn” your Arrow of Light, make sure to write down the numbers found on a slip of paper with each log!
Series very kid friendly (hidden by kids, for kids! This cache hidden by my little Lion Cub!) with a good stash of kid swag available for 6 of the 7 caches. Don't miss the playground at the end (we love the musical instruments best)!
Congrats to Pezgirl22 and Forbez on the first to find!
