The River View cache is in a nice little park on the banks of The Burrum River.
There is some parking at the park, a Gazebo with a free BBQ and some rest rooms.
The plaque that sits at the entrance to this park is to commemorate
100 years since coal was discovered on the opposite bank of this river,
by John Miller, on 17th April 1863.
