Hart-Miller Island is a geographical wonder in Chesapeake Bay, just off Essex, MD. It's an island, so you will need a boat.
It has two earthcaches only found five and four times respectively in almost two years: Beached on Hart-Miller Island GC9DRFE and Dredge or Die: The Story of Hart-Miller Island GC9D1BZ. Transport logistics are explained on the pages of either of those caches.
Also, there is a traditional on the island to find: Hart-Miller Island GC47G9W.
Our objectives are to visit the island with its geography and history as well as take a group photo. Feel free to bring snacks and/or a lunch.
Thanks to RDip for inspiring this trip and for not minding that I completely plagiarized this event page. We have a boat going over which is currently full but will have a wait list. See the MGS forums for more info.
