Geo Hater's mom (farmor to my kids) was a Leap Day baby. For many years I told her I would buy her a drink on her 21st birthday (84 to you and me). Unfortunately, she left us before that day came. She would be 23 today. Join me at an super early morning gathering before the nearby CITO. At this hour there is plenty of free (until 8am) street parking on 2nd ave just south of Jackson.
For those that want to get Leap Day icons but have to work, this is the event for you!
