7/9/24 - We have checked our numbers and documents and realized that we have two more campsites available! These are the final two sites available.

7/8/24 - Please take a moment to read through the WSGA General Meeting Agenda. It can be found HERE. The meeting will take place during the Sturday Dinner event, starting at around 7pm. It is expected to take about and hour and a half. All attendees will be able to the meeting. There will be time for questions and comments before/after the meeting.
7/6/24 - There are only 3 weeks until the campout! Check the July 6th announcement for a few updates and reminders.
6/25/24 - We have had many updates and changes regaring the campout events. Please view the 6/25/24 announcement for more information.
6/17/24 - Please begin to list what food items you are bringing to the Saturday dinner in your logs so we can add them to the list below. Please try to fill in empty spots before doubling up.
6/12/24 - Camping Registration is now available! Click HERE to register on the WSGA Website! Remember that a campsite can only have 1 RV OR 2 tents. If you are sharing a site with a friend for tent camping, only one of you needs to buy the registration package. Make sure to book your site quickly as there won't be any more sites added after they sell out.
4/23/24 - The event page has been published. Information regarding camping registration will be available soon. Follow the WSGA on Facebook and "Watch" the cache page so you'll be the first to know when registration is available.

Please note that the 2024 Tri-City Waterfollies will be ongoing all weekend along the Columbia River, reducing access and increasing travel times in Richland and Kennewick.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We are planning several events and activities to occur throughout the weekend. Stay tuned for more details.
A reservation packet including campsite assignment, event materials and other items is available for purchase on the WSGA website.
There will be a night Adventure Lab published on Friday evening. We will have Adventure Labs and a cache series/poker run on Saturday. A CITO will round out the weekend on Sunday.
The main courses for the Saturday dinner (burgers, beyond burgers and hot dogs) will be provided. Please bring a side and/or dessert.

Camper Registration: $65 for WSGA members, $80 for non-members
- One campsite for two nights, All campsites can have RVs (1 RV maximum per site) or tents (2 tent maximum per site), no mix and matching.

CAMPER INFO: RVs & Tents
WSGA has pre-bought out the campground (22 sites) for the weekend, meaning we will have the entire campground to ourselves.
Camping is only allowed in designated sites, once the sites are sold out, there will not be any more available. All campsites can have RVs (1 RV maximum per site) or tents (2 tent maximum per site), no mix and matching. All sites have water and electric hook-ups. An RV dump station is located in the park. Restrooms and showers are available in the campground.

If you are tent camping with only one tent, we encourage you to coordinate with friends to share a site to allow as much availability as possible.
It is strongly encouraged that you reserve your spot as quickly as possible as there are only 22 sites, other campgrounds are far away from the event, and area hotels will be busy due to Waterfollis.
Poker Run/Cache Series & Adventure Labs
We have planned a poker run to publish on Saturday @ 9:30am. Packet pickup will occur on Saturday morning at the Community Building @ 9am. Three Adventure Labs will also be published on Saturday morning. The highest poker hand(s) will win a prize. We will draw a few completd Adventure Lab passports for prizes during the Saturday dinner.
Punch Card
We will be handing out punch cards starting at camper check in and at the Friday Dinner (unoffical event). By attending events, completing the Night AL & finding the poker run caches as well as the Saturday Adventure Labs, you will earn points. Earn the minnium number of points to be entered into a raffle at the Saturday Dinner event.
Food
These are the times that WSGA is providing food:
Saturday Morning (Campers only): Breakfast
Saturday Dinner: Burgers, Hot Dogs, Beyond Burgers, Buns and Condiments
Sunday Morning (Campers only): Light Breakfast
All other times you are on your own for food.
We ask that you bring a side or dessert to the Saturday dinner.
