Hello Wakefield!!!
An extension of Transplanted Texans in Rhode Island series.
Out and about doing my rideshare gig late at night and stopped here to stretch the legs. I have never been here before and know nothing about Wakefield or the immediate surrounding area. So here's the deal, in the log tell me any cool and fun things to do here and around Wakefield. Any festivals? Music venues? Nature areas? Cool antique stores or eateries? Let me know, because I want to know the best that Wakefield has to offer.
Any information from locals not only helps and is appreciated by me, but the fellow visiting cachers will benefit from the information as well.
As a new discoverer of geocaching I have been very excited to start hiding my own caches but as it is too much of a hassle to track down a good hide and find the right person to ask permission from, as I am not one to just throw out random hides in guardrails and light posts even though you now have to have written permission to get these published as well, I will no longer look to participate in the hiding aspect. Guess that is why here it is spring and beginning of summer and how many new caches are being published in Rhode Island?
Check out the other hides I have done:
