Blue Switch Day is held on May 2nd of each year and recognizes the day when the US Government "flipped the switch" and made high accuracy GPS available to everyone. It's no coincidence that Blue Switch Day is also when it all began for geocaching since the first geocache was hidden one day later, on May 3rd, 2000.
FIELD PUZZLE
- Finding the cache should be easy enough but getting the log will require some skill (and patience)
- Simply finding the cache at GZ is not enough to claim the find.
- To demonstrate that you've correctly "Switched it UP" please provide a picture to the CO via the "message" option on the cache page OR include a picture of yourself or a personel item and the log sheet with your log,
- SPOILER PICS OF THE CACHE SETUP WILL BE DELETED!
