Dinner Information: Dinner at the barn shelter starts at 4pm. The hosts will be providing burgers, hot dogs, bun & fixings, water bottles & plates, napkins and utensils as part of your registration fee. Everything else is potluck, so please bring your favorite side dish or dessert to help balance out the meal. The barn shelter has power and water, so if you need to use an outlet that should be no problem. If you complete the cache series early, please do not show up at the dinner event before 4pm. Caches: As always, there will be a new creepy cache series for 2025. Like previous years, there will be multiple releases of new and exciting caches. We are changing things up this year, you will need to find and record the codewords for at least 8 out of 10 caches in order to be entered into the raffle. There will be 5 caches released on the morning of September 13th, and another 5 released on the morning of the event. The passport for the caches can be found on the event website at the following link: Passport
Raffle: There will be a raffle at 5pm to draw winners for completing the cache series. You must be present to win. If you would like to donate something to the raffle, please email nightmareincarnationgeo@gmail.com.
Costume Contest: We will be holding a costume contest shortly before the raffle prizes are drawn. The categories are best overall costume, best dressed pet, and most over-the-top costume.
Volunteers: All great events require help! We will need volunteers to help cook, someone to bring a propane grill & fire pit, and volunteers to help get equipment to the shelter and back after dinner. Please email nightmareincarnationgeo@gmail.com if you would be able to help or bring any needed equipment!
Camping: We will not be offering camping as a registration option this year. Tolt MacDonald campground currently has sites available for September 19th-21st if you still want to camp in the area. We plan on bringing the camping element of this event back in 2026. If you are interested in camping next year, please let us know via the form on the camping page of the event website.
