La Val del Tasso

La Val del Tasso è una piccola valle laterale che si dirama dalla località Ragano a Sega di Cavaion. Si caratterizza dal fatto che, anche se non molto lunga, permette di scoprire molti luoghi interessanti,

Dalle coordinate del parcheggio, per raggiungere la cache, si percorre un tratto di una ciclo-pedonale che segue il tracciato della linea ferrorviaria storicaVerona-Caprino-Garda: inaugurata nel 1904 e attiva fino al 1959. Si attraversa anche il ponte ferroviario originale dell'epoca.

Inoltre si passa sotto l'imponente Ponte-Canale del Biffis che si può ammirare in tutta la sua imponenza.

La cache è posizionata in una piccola mostra di attrezzi agricoli che documentano il profondo e storico legame di questo luogo con la natura e i prodotti della terra.

Questo stretto legame è ancora attuale e si può verificare nel vicino agriturismo Val del Tasso. Un luogo dove, se possibile, è raccomandata una sosta per provare l'ottima cucina.

The Val del Tasso is a small side valley that branches off from the Ragano area to Sega di Cavaion. Although not very long, it offers many interesting places to discover.

From the parking lot, to reach the cache, follow a stretch of a cycle/pedestrian path that follows the route of the historic Verona-Caprino-Garda railway, inaugurated in 1904 and in operation until 1959. You also cross the original railway bridge from that era.

You also pass under the imposing Ponte-Canale del Biffis , which can be admired in all its grandeur.

The cache is located in a small exhibition of agricultural tools that document the deep and historical connection of this place with nature and the products of the land.

This close connection is still alive and can be experienced at the nearby Agriturismo Val del Tasso. A place where, if possible, a stop to sample the excellent cuisine is recommended.
