Thank You Taylor!
After four days of caching adventures, it’s time to log a different kind of "Found It." Before we bid our hosts farewell, we’re teaming up for a special project to thank the Taylor community for their hospitality.
Bull Branch Creek—a scenic corridor you've likely navigated this week—is lined with a series of emergency drainage conduits. The City of Taylor has dubbed these raised manholes "Portals," and through their Portal Project, they are turning these utilitarian fixtures into works of art.
We’ve secured approval for several custom designs, and now we need the "ground crew" to bring them to life. It's our version of a creative CITO:

No Experience Required: The portals will be prepped in a "paint-by-numbers" style. If you can find a micro in a cedar tree, you can definitely handle a paintbrush!

Logistics: We provide all the supplies. You just bring your favorite "paint clothes," some enthusiasm, and a smile.

The Goal: To leave Taylor even more beautiful than we found it, creating a lasting landmark for future cachers to enjoy.
