Camper's Quick Cache was removed by park management, in Apr, for safety concerns. We have tried since April to get Dustoff to relist his caches. Camper's is not in its location and the permit was issued, but then revoked, since he didn't respond. The Nature Center Manager (macncman) is the geocaching coordinator for the Wellesley Island State Park. I assist him in coordinating the use of caches in the park. He, as well as I, have sent several e-mails to both NY Admin and Dustoff21 to resolve this problem. Campers has been disabled since May. Dustoff was notified of a new permit on Jul 11 and has not responded to any correspondence. Nature's Own is also his, and has been pulled. It was disabled in Apr. I offered to adopt these caches from him in early Aug, again, no reply.
We will work with Dustoff21 if he returns to place/replace caches in this area.
Bottom line is Campers and Natures Own are not in the park and should be archived. We have done everything we could to assist Dustoff21. His last response to me was Jun 2, 05. He has accessed the geocaching site as recently as Sep 8, 05.
