Geocache Description:

Here you will find the remains of a flood control channel built in the early 1930's when the highway was enlarged.

This is a (Cache in - Trash out) Cache. It has a rating of 3.5 because of a steep climb down and the possibilty of getting wet. The cach is well hidden keep looking. The cache is stocked with trash bags and some goodies to trade. This is a nice spot to play in the water or just relax. unfortunately other people leave their trash. Please help clean up the forest.

Do Not try to get to the cache from directly above!

There is a turn-out just north and above the cache to park. There you will find a trail down to the creek.
