This cache
is another in our Fear This: Phobia series of caches.
Myrmecophobia, like all phobias, is the irrational and
extreme fear of something, in this case ants.
Ants are
industrious, tireless little workers that we all admire for their
diligence and strength. Except when they come marching into your
home, thousands of them, crawling on your skin, pinching and
biting. Not to mention ruining your picnic. This cache will bring
you face to face with your fear. Be warned: you will see ants.
Thousands of them crawling all over the cache, maybe on you. You
will have to brush them off to open it. You may want to bring a
friend along with you on this one - to help hold you together if
you lose it!
The cache is
at an ant hill, but don't worry, it's not buried in it. Please
don't tear up their home that they worked so hard to build. Just
look around, it's there. Bring a pencil with you to sign the
log.
The difficulty
of this cache is only a five if you are myrmecophobic. If you like
ants, it's more like 1.5 stars.
