PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Having a Geocache in the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is a unique and exciting experience. It is VERY important that everyone seeking this cache be very respectful of the special situation of being in a zoo. You must stay in the areas that people are permitted into and out of those reserved for zoolife. No stage of this cache requires anyone to enter space not normally filled with visitors. Please remember that along with a great variety of wildlife, there is an extensive botanical collection at the zoo. Please do not trample any of the landscaping.
The final cache does require you to walk about 15 feet off of the pavement, but does not take you any where near any exhibit.
It is unlikely that most zoo employees will know how to answer your questions about this cache. They are busy with zoo business. DETAILS:
This cache is a 7 part multi. You must find six small laminated tags to complete the coordinates for the final cache container. Plan on spending at least 1.5 hours in the zoo to complete this cache.
Follow the formula: N 41º 26.ABC, W 081º 42.DEF to find the final cache container. The tags are marked like “H=9”, so you can find the 6 tags in any order that is convenient for you.

We’d love to see photographs you take while seeking this cache. Each cache log may include two photographs to enter into our photo contest. There will be two categories. The first is for photos of residents of the zoo – you know - the animals. The second category is for photos of your caching team enjoying your experience finding this cache.
What is the prize, you ask. That’s to be announced. It probably won’t be a trip around the world or anything, but maybe a zoo shirt or something in that range.
