My very first FTF 3.25.2010.

This one had my iPhone bouncing around.  It's just a short jump from Providence Newberg Medical Center (where I work) to this one... unfortunately it was pouring down rain when I made a run at it during my lunch break and I got soaked and failed to find it on my first crack.  It's OK, the hospital provides scrubs just for people like me...err something like that ;)

Came back around midnight and finally managed to find it... it was also significantly drier the second time around.  I forgot a pen but fortunately the cache had a box of crayons in it.

Surprisingly difficult to locate with my iPhone.  There's a lot of canopy on this one.  Just know that's it's not far off the trail at all.

This one took me a couple of approaches to finally find... the sad part is, I had originally parked in the correct spot and couldn't have been more than 5 feet away from the cache on my first approach but my GPS had me in the wrong spot (or I read the position incorrectly) so I put on a mile or two trying to get at this one.  Surprisingly out in the open.

I was surprised to find that I was actually FTF on this one.  It's a nice hotel in DarkJazz's yard.  I was just swinging by to drop off a coin or two and sign the log when I saw that the log was empty.  Yippee me [:)]

First one of this type I, and many others, had ever seen.  The owner spent some time making this one.  I won't leak any hints because this is a really neat one and I think that the clue is a good one.  The owner let me rate the difficulty on this one because I was FTF.

A quick and easy one that was actually a little bit more difficult than expected.  If you remember those posters from the '90s where you had to kind of blur your vision and cross your eyes to see it then you might be able to find this one fairly quickly.

Almost wasn't FTF on this one.  Leitko4 had made a run on it first but was unable to locate it.  I managed to find this one in the dark after work with a lot of digging and rooting about.

My favorite to date.  This was one that I actually had to drive a ways for (further than usual) and it was in a beautiful location.  The only unappealing aspect of this one was that it's part of an OHV/Trail system and there were a lot of off road vehicles buzzing by.  I think that I want to hike the trail some time in the future with the boys, the wife is definitely not in to this kind of adventure.

One of my all-time favorites.  This was fun and really epitomizes what geocaching is all about.  I never would have known about or come to this place had a geocache not been placed here.  A beautiful hidden beach.

This one had it's coordinates off by 425'!  I don't think I've ever spent so much time hunting a cache!  

With that being said, it's right next to the Tillamook Forest Informative Center... The center is open Wed-Sun 10-4.

Really cool cache at a fellow geocacher's home...  It's an electrical box with a combo lock on it.  The FTF prize was VERY generous with an LED ball cap, artificial rock geocache container with log, Ladybug Cachkinz trackable and a small pen.  Very, very cool.

This one had a great FTF prize consisting of a Hohner Harmonica, a geocaching.com logo sticker and a Signal the Frog FTF geocoin.  The camo was good and the canopy in the area messed with my GPSr accuracy.
