Definitely one of my favorites on Oahu! And a perfect one to do with the keikis! Although the hunt is intense enough to keep the adult searching for a while. The beach at the end is small and fantastic. I still come here every now and then to relax and visit for a little bit. Usually, this is where I bring first-timers to introducing into the geocaching world! Not one has been let down. Definitely a must do.

Finding Nemo?

This cache is a great hike on an INCREDIBLE mountain biking trail. Wanna see some crazy nutheads pull 20 foot drops while flying down a mountainside going mach 10? This is where it's at! Just watch out... you will often find yourself in the way of these guys and you can move off the trail better than they can. Keep your eyes open. Great cache, recommend to everybody!

Go Mustangs

Simple little hike... but still one of my favorite spots around base. I would like to say I'm in decent shape, but even I get winded doing this! The views here are fantastic both during the day as well as at night. Could possibly be a romantic little you-know-what for the adventurous couple :) I would recommend that for only nightcaching though. Hope you all find this as relaxing a little spot as I do. 

Kaneohe Bay view

This is placed by the ruins of King Kamehameha V's summer palace. Very sacred and amazing place. Walk around through the bamboo forest and the palace grounds, and try to picture 10,000 people at a Luau that was claimed to be held here! Only Letterboxing cache I've seen on this island. Recommend doing the research of one before going here. True letterboxing is worth the effort for extra fun!

Kaniakapupu

HAHAHAHA This was definitely creative. It IS on the owner's property, but very friendly people. Talked to believe it was his son that day I went here. Very creative, very fun. Definitely bring a second liter of water though. Read my log to find out why!

Kawaiola

This cache is for Premium Members only, so for the cachers who are... make this trip! I was a little skeptical about doing this but once I went through the doorway onto the roof, what I saw absolutely blew my mind! Such an incredible sight and view as well! I've returned a few times since. Bring your date here, and she'll be amazed at your little secret spot :) Trust me!

Secret Garden

Such an incredible little place by the lookout. You ever want a secluded view of a fantastic place, this is the place to go!!! Must explore around the cache though. And there's plenty of places to do it here!

Secret Menehune fishing spot

Now this is a fantastic place to head out to. Nice little day trip (only takes an hour or two) but enjoy it! Bring a kayak and some solid footwear and just bum around this place. If you are not faint of heart, head up the other side and climb to the summit of this island. BE CAREFUL!!! And remember exactly how you came up to figure out how to get down! Leave the kids back if you are feeling frisky enough to do this :)

Tail of the Lizard

This was a great little hike into this spot. This is the first of 4 caches on this trail. Top being a little bit of a challenge but NONE of them more of a challenge than this one! Took me a little while to get to do but I'm sure I made a good YouTube video trying! Bring your climbing shoes!

The Hidden Fortress

Been to this spot many times and never knew about this! Conveniently tucked away just where you have to actually look before you see this. Such a beautiful little cove to lay out in the sun and play with all the honus! Kids will have an easier time doing this cache, but we are all kids at heart :)

TUNNEL VISION

First multicache I had ever done and what a fantastic place it was. This cache takes you across the Iolani Palace grounds and is a great little adventure! Bring a pen and paper to math it up, this is what I expected a lot of multicaches to be like. After you get done, be sure to take a tour of the palace. It is incredible! And provides a lot of history to much of Hawaii. Another must do!
