Port Townsend Blackout Challenge

This is almost certainly not publishable as a challenge cache under the current guidelines, so I'm just putting this list out there for myself and anyone else who'd like to accomplish it (or brag that they have). Goal: Find and log all currently active caches within the Port Townsend city limits. (Obviously, if you own some of these caches you can't log them, so those don't count for you.) Reward: Bragging rights. Maybe I'll make a virtual badge for it. I'll do my best to keep this list up, but message me if I'm missing something.
