Abstract Oaks

The Enchanted Forest sanctuary is a gorgeous EEL property, with varying types of terrain and environments.  For a longer walk, check out Magnolia (GCMRFB), a multi that's also in this park.



Biodiversity Loop cache

In Lori Wilson Park right on Cocoa Beach.  There's a nature trail between parking areas.



All of the Ulumay caches are great, but the 4 I listed here are fairly short walking distance, and the tree-canopy is just beautiful!



Harleycache1

Small cache with a great view.  Dolphins are often seen here!


Have a seat...enjoy the view!

Cache is tiny, but I saw the best dolphin AND manatee show on my first visit here.  Very short walk from parking.


Manatee Center

Ais Indian Nation

Nice park with a good view of the Banana River.  Manatees can sometimes be seen in the river.



Manatee Park

Short walk in a nice, quiet natural setting.  I've been out here a few times, and almost always see manatees!


Par-Tay with the Manatees

One of only a few micros I've listed, but I've been out here a few times, and always see peacocks!  Sometimes right near the beach, sometimes scattered throughout the neighborhood, so keep your eyes peeled as you enter!



Peacocks Galore

While you're doing Abstract Oaks, this one is in the same general area of the park, and is also a gorgeous walk.



Poor Man's Treasure

Small cache, short walk, fun climb, and a nice view of the Indian River!


Rocky Situation

Another nice view of the Indian River.  Also peaceful and quiet, no muggles about.


Sunset Point

Short walk on a boardwalk in a nature preserve, a great place to see some native Florida.

A list of caches the kids will enjoy.  Some have walks in the woods, but none are very long. No urban micros, mostly good views of native Florida.  All have something cool to find in the end!  (My kids are in it for the goodies!)
