This Traditional introduces you to a smartphone based Geo Caching experience known as an Adventure Lab. I took the idea of a Lab Cache Assistant Trad from Licwid in Edmonton, Alberta with his permission who coincidentally got it from someone else. To do an Adventure Lab you need to have a smartphone with either an Android or IOS operating system.

If you have no interest in doing the Adventure Lab then skip all of this description and simply go to GZ, find the cache and sign the log.
So:
1. Download and install the App
2. Use your geocaching.com name and password to login.
3. View this Adventure"Fit&Active - Medicine Hat". It's a fun little tour of some of the sports/recreational site's here in Medicine Hat.
4. Put your GPS away. Use the App to navigate to each of the 5 locations. The App takes you to the precise spot where you need to be. Read the question and enter your answer.
5. After you have correctly answered the question at each of the five locations you will receive a Clue which will be necessary to do the Bonus Cache.
6. Enjoy doing the Adventure Lab as well as finding this geocache. This may bring you to some spots you never knew about.
7. Please bring your own writing stick and take the time to replace the Cache as found. As with most caches here in the prairies beware of uneven ground, critters and plants that may harm you.
