Geocache Description:

Neptune the Planet

Neptune is a an intersting blue planet. It is the fourth largest planet in our solar system coming in at 30,778 miles or 49,532 kilometers. Like the other gas giants, it does have a faint ring system that was discovered by the Voyager 2 probe when it visited the planet in 1989. Neptune has thirteen known moons, eight that are named and five that are not. Through a telescope, Neptune looks like a star with a bluish tint to it.

Neptune the Cache

The cache itself is a two part multi in an area with much cache potential. The first stage is a very well concealed film canister with bonus log book. The final is a pickle jar container. Choose your trail wisely. No bushwacking is required, so please stay on the trails. The cache is located along what appears to be a well used animal trail. Enjoy!
